HR Generalist
Biltmore Area, Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time, In-Office | $75,000 - $80,000
Our client, a growing and dynamic organization in the Biltmore area of Phoenix, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This is a highly visible role focused on managing the employee lifecycle while supporting recruiting operations, employee experience initiatives, compliance programs, and HR process improvement.
The ideal candidate will have strong full-cycle recruiting experience, combined with a solid foundation in HR administration and employee relations. This role will take ownership of onboarding and offboarding processes, employee handbook and policy administration, workplace reporting, compliance coordination, and HR systems support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage corporate recruiting and recruiting operations
Own employee onboarding and offboarding programs
Coordinate employee experience and engagement initiatives
Conduct exit interviews and provide retention insights
Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates
Support compliance reporting
Maintain employee records and assist with audit coordination
Track workplace metrics and prepare HR reports
Administer employee referral and job status change programs
Identify and implement workflow and process improvements
Provide HRIS and systems support
Qualifications:
3+ years of HR Generalist experience
Strong recruiting and talent acquisition background
Experience managing employee lifecycle programs
Knowledge of HR compliance, reporting, and recordkeeping practices
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
